Kiwanis Weekly News 3/21/18
President Lautner called the meeting to order. No guests in attendance. Happy Dollars were shared and special occasions acknowledged. Vern reported a can deposit of $66.00. Aktion Club met last Monday and has a calendar set for the year. They are getting ready for Relay for Life and helping with the Rec. Center Easter Egg Hunt on March 31st and smoking kits for Teen Maze. Teen Maze update from Pat. Cookies are due to the Rec. Center on Tuesday, April 3rd. Our students will attend on Wednesday morning, April 4th. Workers are still needed.
Deb Geisler had the program today. She asked Bob Smith of TechZone to give a tour of their new showroom and talk about the custom installation services they provide. These areas include: Networking, Home Theater, Security, Door Access, Home Automation, Dish Network, and Digital Signage. Thanks to Bob & Deb for the informative update!

Kiwanis Weekly News 3/7/18
There were 30 members in attendance today. Two guests, Keri Saunders and Brandon Hommer also joined us this morning. Welcome to them! President-Elect Tom Heater called the meeting to order. Several Happy Dollars were shared and Vern reported a can drop deposit of $58.80. The Aktion Club met last Monday and is busy planning for Easter and Relay for Life. Toni read the board meeting minutes from the March 2nd meeting. The club Officer election will be held on Wednesday, March 9th.
Vern Foje had the program today. He invited Peg & Bill Raney to talk to members about the school bond issue vote on April 3rd. They shared a slide presentation with basic information about the project and shared concept drawings. They also shared a video recently produced featuring Greene County students. Information about the bond can be found on their website.
