There were xx members in attendance. Many happy dollars were shared by members. Vern reported a can drop deposit of $122.20. Good news was shared on the birth of Thomas & Susan Laehn's daughter. Tim Buenz shared the sad news of Kiwanian Floyd Hutzell's passing. Updates on the Silent Auction and annual breakfast were heard.
Everett Beebe had the program today. He invited JPD officer Caleb Jans to update us on the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program that he is bringing back to Greene County. He will be meeting with 5th graders in the county for 10 weeks this school year. He is planning to have a graduation ceremony when they complete the DARE program. Thanks to Everett and Caleb for the program update!
