OFFICIAL MINUTES
The Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club of Jefferson, Iowa met in regular session at the Greene County Medical Center Education Room on December 8, 2023. President Bill Monroe called the meeting to order at 7:00 AM. Board members in attendance were Bill Raney, Tim Buenz, Denny Hammen, Karen Shannon, Chad Butterfield, Clancy Clawsen, Larry Teeples, Hollie Roberts, and Jim Teusch. Vern Foje was also present. Board members Mike Palmer, Sherry Palmer and Bill Steussy were absent.
OFFICERS’ REPORTS
SECRETARY
A motion was made by Butterfield and seconded by Hammen to approve the November board minutes as presented. Motion carried.
TREASURER
Raney shared the November Treasurer’s report. Buuenz made a motion to approve the report as presented. Butterfield seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Shop with Cop Dec. 9 arrive at 11 a.m. to wrap gifts after children shop with a cop at the LEC basement. Adopt A Family Pick up - Dec. 16 at Fairgrounds. Traffic Control Joe Pittman, Vern Foje, Denny Hammen.
