Our president, Steve Gallagher, opened the meeting. We had a smaller group so went straight to lunch and fellowship.

Announcements
This year our Half Marathon and 5 KM run will be on Sunday September 16, 2018. The donation from Calm Air, Two tickets to Churchill, will be given to the 1st finishers for men and women in the Half Marathon. Second place finishers for both Male and Female will received two tickets anywhere Calm Air flies.
Teddy Bear Picnic was a success again this year. Our club will benefit by about $1,600 for our efforts at the Teddy Bear Picnic. A big thank you to Jeff Miller to everyone who volunteered.
The Board has decided that for The Half Marathon and 5 KM run for 2018 we will support Knowles Centre and The Bruce Oake Foundation 50/50
Steve Gallagher thanked the board and Rotary members for their support over the last two years. On July 1, 2018 Hal Brownlee will become our president.
