March 13, 2017 there will be Half Marathon Meeting at 11 AM before our regular Monday meeting.
Our meeting scheduled for March 20, 2017 at 7:15 AM has been changed to Wednesday March 22, 2017 at 12:15 PM at the Holiday Inn same room as our Monday’s meetings. No meeting on Monday March 20, 2017. We are changing things up a little with the hope that we will have more members attending our weekly meetings.
District 5550 Conference will be held in Kenora May 25 – 28, 2017.Registriation is available on the website.
R.I. Conference will be held in Atlanta, Georgia June 10 – 16, 2017. Registration is now available through the RI website.

The weekly accumulator draw this week was for $102.00. Shelley Killeen drew the Ace of Spades
Guest Speaker; Kevin Young was introduced by Pat O’Connor. Kevin works with Diabetes Canada. He spoke about what a serious disease that Diabetes is with 29.5% of the population having either Type one or Type two Diabetes. They do not receive any direct funds from the Government. Of the money raised 87 cents from every dollar goes directly to the cause and 100% of the money raised to send kids to camps goes directly to that project. The gold of Diabetes Canada is to end Diabetes. Shelley Killeen thanked Kevin for coming and speaking with us.

We have decided to continue with our once morning a month meeting. The idea was to have the morning meeting on the third Monday of each month but because of holidays this will not always be possible. So the dates for the morning meetings for the next six months are:
