This year our Half Marathon and 5 KM run will be on Sunday September 16, 2018. The donation from Calm Air, Two tickets to Churchill, will be given to the 1st finishers for men and women in the Half Marathon. Second place finishers for both Male and Female will received two tickets anywhere Calm Air flies.
Teddy Bear Picnic was a success again this year. A big Thank You to everyone who volunteered.
The Board has decided that for The Half Marathon and 5 KM run for 2018 we will support Knowles Centre and The Bruce Oake Foundation 50/50
On June 4, 2018 we went to Fort Richmond Collegiate and we had a Pizza lunch with some of the students and teachers. We had about 40 people for lunch. We took this opportunity to thank the students for their help with our Half Marathon and 5KM run and give them a bit of an insight in what Rotary is all about.

The weekly accumulator draw is now $98.00. On May 28th Russ Hood drew the Jack of Spades. There wasn’t a draw on June 4th because we were at Fort Richmond Collegiate.
Guest Speaker: No Guest speaker but Steve, Ron, Jeff and Hal all spoke to the students, each highlighting different things about Rotary. We had a great turn out with about40 people for the Pizza Lunch.
