Guest Speaker:  Nancy Cooke, our Newest Member, did her craft talk today. She spoke about growing up in Brandon. Moving to Winnipeg to attend U of M. After getting married they worked in a couple of provinces with Canadian Armed Forces before returning to Winnipeg. They have two children. Nancy has always been very involved in the community and is looking forward to working with our club and helping out. In our next provincial election she will be a candidate for the PC’s for Fort Garry.

Half Marathon and 5KM fun run will be held on September 15, 2019

Rotaract at U of M will be having a FlapJack fundraiser on July 21^st at Applebees at 2065 Pembina HWY from 8 AM to 10AM price $10. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Downtown Rotary will be having their Rib Fest August 3 – 25^th at the Forkes.  They are looking for volunteers. If you can volunteer you can register on line at https://signup.com/go/qTAKcwc
