Ron Miller, our president, presided over our meeting today. Thanks to all who attended.
Rotary Villa will be having their Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday October 23, 2025. They will be serving the traditional Turkey Dinner between 5 -7 PM. The cost will be $10.00 per meal. If you would like to attend please contact Jody at Rotary Villa or you can let Martin know and he will advise Rotary Villa.
Most of our expenses for the Half Marathon and 5 KM fun run have been finalized. Our revenue was $91,988 and our profit will be around $46,500.
The Rotary Clubs of Winnipeg will be having a Paul Harris Dinner on October 30th to recognize people who have contributed to Rotary over the years. Our club will recognize Mary Dempster and Kevin Schultz. The will both receive Paul Harris Awards.
Jeff Miller and Shelley Killeen will do the webinar again thisyear so we can qualify for Grants.
A reminder to all Rotarians - the Rotary Learning Centre is an excellent source of information about Rotary.
Our next board meeting will be Monday November 17, 2025 at Rotary Villa.
Sergeant-at-Arms:
Ted McIntosh will be our Sergeant-at-Arms for the rest out our current Rotary year.
The weekly accumulator draw was for $45.00, Owoola Bello drew the Queen of Spades.

Until further notice our meetings will be held at Rotary Villa, 528 Hudson Street, Winnipeg, MB. We had a conversation with the school next door and they have agreed that we can park at the school on Mondays when we have our meetings. They have asked that we park in the middle area, as the perimeter parking is for staff.
Rotary meeting dates until end of 2025 will be as follows:
Meeting Dates in October - 20th. Oct. 20th will also be a board meeting
Meeting Dates in November - 3rd & 17th. Nov. 17 will also be a board meeting
Meeting Date in December - 1st & 15th. Dec 1st will also be a board meeting
