This year our Half Marathon and 5 KM run will be on Sunday September 16, 2018. The donation from Calm Air, Two tickets to Churchill, will be given to the 1st finishers for men and women in the Half Marathon. Second place finishers for both Male and Female will received two tickets anywhere Calm Air flies.
The Board has decided that for The Half Marathon and 5 KM run for 2018 we will support Knowles Centre and The Bruce Oake Foundation 50/50
Membership Invoices were sent to all members on June 12, 2018. This year, we have another payment option, you can pay your Membership Dues by E-transfer by sending your E-Transfer to martinjcoward@gmail.com.
Paul Harris invoices were sent to members on July 9, 2018. This is the last year for this group.
This year we will send two people to Rotary Leadership Assembly (RLA) they are Fareed Allimson and Billy Hruska
Today was Steve’s last meeting as president, Hal took the president’s oat
from Steve and effective today Hal Brownlee will be our president for the 2018 – 2019 Rotary year. Steve took a minute to thank the board and members for their support for the last couple of years. He specially thanked Ron and Jeff Miller for all of their support and encouragement.
