G E A R Next meeting: Monday November 25, 2019 at 12:15 Guest Speaker: Tracy Nyczai & Shelley Killeen Hal Brownlee, our President, opened the meeting with the singing of O’Canada and Rotary grace. We were pleased to welcome Announcements: -
- Remembrance Day service at Rotary Villa was a great success again this year. A big thank you everyone who helped to make this possible
- This was President Hal’s last meeting before he gets married. Dorothy baked a delicious cake and we collected from members and presented Hal with a card and a gift of money.
- Guest Speakers will be Shelley Killeen and Tracy Nyczai. Tracy is a Certified Athletic Therapist. They will be talking about tapping into the power of the brain to enhance well-ness.
- We will not have Rotary Meetings on December 23rd and December 30th
Sergeant-at-Arms: Steve Gallagher Happy Bucks: Hal/Don/Steve/Bill/Russ/Dorothy The weekly accumulator draw, today, was $88.00 Hal Brownlee drew the Queen of Hearts Guest Speaker: Cadence Shedden and Tory Hruska – These two young ladies were the people that we sent to RYLA Camp the last two years. They spoke about how much they learned from the camp in leadership and how often they were pushed outside their comfort zone. They made friendships that will last for years. They also spoke about how will the camps were organized and ran.
