Our club was 60 years old on May 14, 2022. Our celebration will take place on October 19, 2022 at the Holiday Inn South. We will be celebrating our clubs 60th Anniversary and Ted Foreman's 60th year with our club. We will be having a dinner, tickets will be around $150.00 each. More information will be passed on to members has they become available. In the meantime SAVE THE DATE so you can attend our celebration dinner
Our Half Marathon and 5KM fun run will be on September 18th this year. We will need volunteers to help with the Half Marathon and 5KM fun run. We will need volunteers to help with the setup on Saturday September 17th and for the race on Sunday September 18th. If anyone can volunteer please let Martin Coward know and he will pass the information on.
A short update on a couple of our members
Barry Hartley - He had Cataract surgery a while ago so his eye sight is much better now. Still having some issues adjusting to his medicine . He is hoping that he can be at our meeting on Monday
Ted Foreman - Will be away for a few weeks because of an issue that he having with shingles..
Roger Gadd will be away for a couple of weeks because of medical appointments.
No meeting on August 1st because of the Civic Holiday.
