We were pleased to welcome
Ron Miller, our president, presided over our meeting today. Thanks to all who attended.
Work is continuing to be done on our Half Marathon. Number of runners continue to out pace last year. Some planning work still needs to be done on the race route and park. Work has been started on getting sponsors for our Half Marathon and 5 KM Fun Run.
Our club received a request for support of the Westminster Housing Developing Group for 2026 - 2026. Our club hasn't made a decision on this yet.
Sponsors for are Half Marathon and 5KM Fun Run are always required. If you know of anyone who could sponsor our Half Marathon, please let Ron or Jeff know.
Our next board meeting will be Monday August 25, 2025 at Rotary Villa.
Sergeant-at-Arms:
Ted McIntosh will be our Sergeant-at-Arms for the rest out our current Rotary year.
The weekly accumulator draw was for $6.00, Ed Baetz drew the King of Spades and won the jackpot.
Happy/Sad Bucks: Ted McIntosh and Ron Miller gave Happy Bucks.

Until further notice our meetings will be held at Rotary Villa, 528 Hudson Street, Winnipeg, MB. We had a conversation with the school next door and they have agreed that we can park at the school on Mondays when we have our meetings. They have asked that we park in the middle area, as the perimeter parking is for staff.
Rotary meeting dates until end of 2025 will be as follows:
Meeting Dates in August - 11th & 25th. Aug. 25th will also be a board meeting
Meeting Dates in September - 8th & 29th. Sept. 29th will also be a board meeting
Meeting Dates in October - 6th & 20th. Oct. 20th will also be a board meeting
Meeting Dates in November - 3rd & 17th. Nov. 17 will also be a board meeting
Meeting Date in December - 1st & 15th. Dec 15th will also be a board meeting
