We were pleased to welcome
Barry Hartley, our president took the meeting today. Thanks to all who attended
Our club was 60 years old on May 14, 2022. Our celebration that was scheduled for October 19, 2022 has been cancelled. The plan is that we will be able to have it in late Winter or early Spring. We were also celebrating Ted Foreman's 60th years with our club. Ted would not be able to attend the October 19th celebration because of medical treatments that he has started, so that is why it was cancelled.
A brief discussion was held regarding the Half Marathon and 5KM run. It was decided that we need to look at ways to get more people involved. Getting Rotaract Club involved would be a good start.
Our District Governor, Fred Wright, will attend our meeting on October 3, 2022.
No meeting on October 10, 2022 because of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
