Foundation funding in action
Since its inception in 2007, the Rotary Club of Winnipeg Charity Foundation Inc. has directed financial support to a variety of charitable purposes including Polio Plus (the eradication of polio), Ripple Effect (Guatemala schools and scholarships), Shelter Box (disaster response), WestGrove School (literacy, breakfast program and family support), Assiniboine Forest (Enhancements and Green Team), S.T.A.R.S. (Air Ambulance Service), Pembina School Division H.S. Scholarships (sponsorship for youth and young adults) and Urban Stable.

Why Lend Your Support? This is a Foundation that supports charitable local and international causes identified by the Rotary Club of Winnipeg, Charleswood. We raise funds in a variety of ways including our annual Lobster Night, the Golf for Literacy tournament, and personal/endowment donations. Because the Foundation is a registered charity, donors receive a charitable tax receipt.

Donations may be made in the following ways:

General vs. Allocated Donations?
Most donations are unallocated and deposited in the RCCCF fund for use in community or international projects as identified by the Rotary Club of Winnipeg, Charleswood.
