Youth Exchange Outbound Student Orientation

The focus of the Russell weekend is an orientation for next year’s Outbound students and their parents (An Outbound Student is a student who has been selected to leave on Exchange leaving from our District).  All of the information presented is also valuable to all Rotarians or Rotary Clubs that are participating,or would like to participate in Youth Exchange Programs.
