Beer Tasting Festival Update
Ticket sales are going well, both at the Liquor outlets, and at individual sales. Dayle Hughson has been working almost with stop to distribute tickets and to make sure that there are not a large number of "outstanding" tickets. Please come to this weeks meeting with your unsold tickets.... We are trying to sell as many tickets as possible, but still have them available at as many places as we can. If you know that there is a good chance that you may not sell all the tickets that have been allotted to you, please bring them to this week's meeting so that they can be redistributed.
But this still means that we need everyone to go out and sell as many tickets as we can to our friends (?), and relatives, and also to revisit all those merchants that did not take out a radio ad.
Our auction gift list is growing, but we still need as many items as we can get, so please do not give up on "pestering" for more items. This is the final push for this, our major fundraiser, and we need everyone to give all the effort that they can to make this a very successful "festival".
