Charmaine Wheatley: 120 wheelchairs for South Africa

Recently, Charmaine Wheatley from the Rotary e-Club of South Africa, presented to our club her story of helping the disadvantaged of her community of Welcom, South Africa. Our club's Wheelchair Trust arranged, via Donations in Kind, the shipment of some 120 wheelchairs. The pictures tell the story.
