Summer Celebration BBQ and Pool Party

On July 13th, Rotarians and their families are invited to a Summer BBQ and pool party being held at Ted and Sylvia Cowtan's home.  The Rotarian Exchange visitor, Katharina Braess, will also be in attendance.

If you haven't been to their home before, they have a beautiful backyard that includes a lovely pool.

Who: This will be open to all Rotarians and their families (including any kids, grandkids, etc.).  The price will be $10/person and kids 12 and under will be free.  This is a great opportunity for fellowship with your fellow Rotarians and for families to mingle.

Where: At 3:00 pm, pool party fun will begin and general socializing.  Beef on the bun will follow at 6:00 pm

What else: It will be a bring your own beverage event.  Parents (or grandparents) will be responsible for any minors that are swimming in the pool.  Although there is some seating available, you may wish to bring your own lawnchairs to ensure that you don't have to sit on the ground.

To come: As we get closer to the event, another email will follow for all confirmed attendees showing another map of how to get to Ted's home.  As well, as we get closer to the event, emails will go out to attendees confirming whether they are to bring a salad or dessert for the day.
