Update on Music Festival Society bylaw changes

A presentation by the team who are working on updating the bylaws for the Music Festival Society, to open the society up to public members and allow the Board to include non-Rotarians.  As well, some discussion about fundraising for the Festival and how the Rotary Club will support the Festival in the future.
