Daryl Slade has been directly involved in Canadian football since 1969. He had played high school and junior, coached bantam and was official statistician for high school, junior, University of Calgary for 32 years and CFL at Calgary Stampeders games for 29 years. He has been a member of the Stampeders Alumni Wall of Fame selection committee and Stampeders historian since 1998.
