Volunteer " I CanFor Kids " SEE ATTACHMENT YOU NEED TO REGISTER
Hello fellow Rotarians - are you ready to make difference?
Rotary Club of Calgary Fish Creek is proud to support I Can for Kids and their mission is to end summer childhood hunger in Calgary.
We need your help! We are looking for 60 volunteers to roll up their sleeves to help I Can for Kids assemble thousands of food packs for hungry kids this summer.
When: June 4 (Monday), from 5:30-8:30 pm (We understand June 4th is Rotary’s Annual Meeting. We have other dates available – June 1, 5 & 6 – if you would like to join us on another day.)
Where: 215 16 St SE (Calgary Herald building)
Qualifications: Opposable thumbs and a sense humor
Other stuff: Food and beverage will be provided, wear closed-toed comfy shoes (it’s a concrete floor and you will be standing most of the time)
All volunteers will be required to complete a waiver that will be sent prior to June 4th to everyone who signs up.
This evening is reserved exclusively for Rotarians and their friends and family.
With your support, we will connect hungry kids with the food they need to have the healthy, care-free summer they deserve, and a much healthier start to their school year.
