This is an urgent appeal! We are desperate for bus volunteers for the Seniors Christmas Party on December 17. This event, also known as the Christmas Kickoff Concert, allows more than 1,000 underprivileged seniors to attend a concert at the Jack Singer Concert Hall, whichfeatures the Young Canadians.
Chris Harper and Julie Visser guided us through some of the important work that is made possible through the foundations our club supports. The Rotary Foundation (TRF) and the Calgary Rotary Clubs Foundation (CRCF) preserve, manage and increase significant pools of money. Our club pursues opportunities to spend that money in ways that align with Rotary objectives.
The Rotary clubs of Lethbridge look forward to hosting a terrific bonspiel full of fellowship on and off the ice. Consider this your first notice that there will be a party in downtown LA (that's Lethbridge, Alberta) at the end of February.
Why not include a Rotary Friendship Exchange to New Orleans in your plans for 2016? (No, this isn't a typo - we are advertising over a year in advance!) Applications are now being accepted for a Rotary Friendship Exchange to New Orleans in February, 2016. We are looking for ten Rotarians (in any combination of individuals and couples) for this exchange.
