Emerging Artists Scholarship Competition

On Monday May 30, 2016, the finalists will compete for the new emerging artist scholarships at Mount Royal University Conservatory. In partnership with the Rotary Club of Calgary, this scholarship is for young instrumentalists that demonstrate outstanding potential and financial need and will be studying in Mount Royal University Conservatory's prestigious Academy/Advanced Performance Program next Fall.

The competition will take place in the TransAlta Pavillion on the mezzanine level of the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm and will be open to the public. The jury will consists of representatives from the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, The Calgary Civic Symphony, and the Conservatory at Mount Royal University.
