Reunity Resources Learning Garden
July 2021 - Summer 2022

This project directly supports the environmental education program at Reunity's Learning Garden
by constructing the following sustainable elements for the Garden:

1. A ramada where students can gather under cover
2. Student benches for inside the ramada
3. A teaching workbench for conducting demonstrations, and
4. A shed for storing tools and other teaching implements.

The Garden is the site for week-long summer camps for 5-10 year-old Santa Fe children. The Rotary project will additionally provide scholarships to the camp for economically disadvantaged children. Finally, the project is receiving support from the Santa Fe Watershed Association in the form of lessons on water protection and sound environmental practices that it will give to the students during the camps.
