I attended Culinary Arts School in Albuquerque and achieved an accelerated graduation earning an Associates in Arts degree as a Sous Chef and I cooked professionally for three years before entering my family’s funeral business. I attended school for Mortuary Science in San Francisco and spent many Friday afternoons picking bluegrass music at Fisherman’s Wharf for beer money and bus fares.
