This is “the grease that keeps the wheels of the club running smoothly” -- responsible for: ensuring the weekly meeting place has been secured; meals are timely, varied, (and a new requirement – healthy); high quality speakers have been scheduled; inspiring invocations are ready to set the tone of the meeting; greeters are at the entry of the weekly meeting place to welcome all; the meeting room is set up; the weekly email bulletin/blast has been issued; table-top cards are up to date, etc. The Chair is responsible for ensuring these functions are taken care of through key committees
