Club Think Tank

This is our annual strategic review of how the club is progressing and provides all members with the opportunity to suggest areas for improvement and provide direction for the incoming Board.  The aims of the workshop held during normal meeting are:

1. Give everyone an opportunity to contribute
2. Get honest feedback
3. Discuss Ideas for improvement
4. Generate support and commitment from all members
5. Provide direction to the Board and our Committees / Project teams
