DMV Operations and their role in issuing identification products

DMV helps millions of customers each year in-person, by phone, mail and/or Internet and generates more than $800 million annually to support Wisconsin's safe and efficient transportation system. Kristina Boardman is the DMV Administrator, and has worked in state government for more than 20 years. Kristina spent 10 years as a legislative aide for the Wisconsin State Assembly before transitioning to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in 2005.
