Fun Facts about Michelle...

Hometown: Janesville
Street cred: Have worked in advertising, management and publishing in Madison since graduating from UW-Madison School of Business in 1990.
Family: Two fabulous sons and our office dog, Jasper.How I get my kicks: Outdoor activities – based upon the season!  Winter faves:  snowshoeing, cross-country and downhill skiing.  Summer faves:  Bike rides, Devil’s Lake hikes and swimming, and Stand Up Paddleboarding.
Best piece of advice someone ever gave me:  Believe in yourself!
Style obsession:  Dresses!  Makes morning decisions easier when you don’t have to pull a whole outfit together.
Fave color: Poppy
The one thing I have to do/see before I die: Cinque Terre in Italy
On my phone, you’ll find the most pictures of my: Adventures with my boys.
In the office, I’m the one who….Creates more work for others with new ideas to implement!  My famous line is:  “I have an idea!” which is usually met with a cringe, then usually an “ahhh, I like it.”  
Current obsessions:  My vegetable garden
If I were an animal, I’d be: An eagle
Fave Madison events:  Farmer’s Market, Midwest Stand Up Paddleboard Festival, Badger football Saturdays.  King Street Live, Monona Rooftop Dances.
Fave Madison space:  Rooftop at Fresco, Memorial Union Terrace,  Governor Nelson State Park, the Capitol.
Fave Madison cause/charity: Rape Crisis Center and Madison Children’s Museum.  
Fave project I’ve worked on for BRAVA:  Creating our Thrive series of events, which bring the magazine to life and are having a positive impact on women’s lives in Madison.
