Understanding Traffic Court

Our speaker Judge David Bills presents an informative and important (sometimes humorous) explaination on how to properly handle a traffic summons.   Many of us are aware of some of these court requirements and processes, but our kids and grandkids who are just beginning the driving experience need to know this information to stay out of trouble with the law.

David has been a Judicial Officer since 2005, serving in the Superior Court of California, County of Placer (2005-2013) and a Volunteer Temporary Judge (2013-Present)

This program is a educational experience for those who don't undestand local traffic courts.   Good opportunity to bring a new driver in your family to a good Rotary meeting.

David received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University Long Beach (1969) and Juris Doctor Degree from California Western University School of Law (1972).   He was a Trial Attorney (1973-2004) before becomng a Judicial Officer.
