It is Christmas time again.
Booking required by 5th December.
Please register early and pre-pay if you can. It will help a lot.
The function will be a Christmas Buffet (gluten free).
The menu is as follows:
- Baked ham with maple glaze – mustard on the side
- Roast turkey breast with bourbon gravy separate on the side
- Roast potatoes
- Roast pumpkin
- Steamed market fresh vegetables
- Garden salad – mixed greens, tomato, cucumber and Spanish onion – dressing
- Steamed Rice and vegetarian ratatouille
Desert will be Plum Pudding with custard, or plain fruit salad with ice cream
I do not yet know if the Ice-Cream is Gluten Free!!
Beyond this, anything special, please advise in registration comments.
Cost is $45-00 per person.
