Anti-Social Personality Disorder is a Mental Illness Violent crime has causes. Critical to preventing or reducing criminal behavior is understanding the dynamics that can cause it. Empathy and engagement prevent most people from physically hurting others. Some perpetrators are different, and many have biological and anatomical characteristics that lend themselves toward violence and harm.

Richard has worked as a counselor and social worker for decades. He will share his studies on Antisocial Personality Disorder, which is a DSM-V(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition), diagnosis assigned to individuals who habitually and pervasively disregard or violate the rights and safety of others without remorse.
