October Member Spotlight: Dawn Cunneen

Dawn Cuneen, a partner with Cunneen Booth LLC, has offered to host our October Member Spotlight.  She will  serve wine and cheese  share information about her practice, including estate planning in general, e.g., (who needs a trust and why they need it) what is the difference between a will and a trust, what happens if you are unable to communicate your medical wishes, who controls your retirement accounts if you are alive but incapacitated, the procedure for transferring assets upon someone’s death, and related topics.  Spouses are invited (and encouraged) to attend.

Our building number (2173) is partially covered by a palm tree, so some find it difficult to see.  We are in the same parking lot as building 2175 – which number is easily visible from the street. We are located on the second floor at the top of the open staircase in the only suite with double glass doors.  An elevator is also available.
