Happy Hour at American Refugee Committee

Sponsored by the Roseville Rotary Club, American Refugee Committee (ARC) helped start the world's first Rotaract Club in a reguee camp in Uganda.  ARC is inviting Rotary to its headquarters for a private Rotary tour and talk.  Pres.
