Placer Veterans Stand Down

Kelley received a Paul Harris Fellow from the Rancho Cordova Rotary for her community work and contributions. She's not a Rotarian but the club wanted to give her this acknowledgement. She's familiar with rotary but has never spoken to a rotary group.
