Area 10 Foundaton Dinner

A fund raiser for The Rotary Foundation.  A general theme of 1940's USO will dominate decorations and patron costumes are encouraged but not required. The $40 per person entrance fee includes dinner, dance and entertainment.  A silent auction will offer a variety of items giving patrons an opportunity to support TRF.  A very interesting speaker, Aimal Zabit, will address the group.  Aimal is a native of Afghanistan and as a 17 year old served as a translator and advisor to American troops (including troops from Elko) in Afghanistan.  Aimal is currently a Rotary Peace Fellow.  Also included in the entertainment schedule are the Sierra Sweethearts musical group doing bluegrass and country music.
