Acres of Hope

President Jeff was back at the podium this week. He thanked the 25 volunteers who worked at Acres of Hope on Saturday. He appreciated Fred Merriam's energy for slogging through the mud and ending up with sore shoulders. The six families in residence at Acres of Hope were formerly homeless, but now have safe homes at this renewal center. The improvements the club has made to Acres of Hope through the Rotary grant are much appreciated by the staff and the families. President Jeff announced that Jeff Ambrosia is the member of the month for his work on the project. Jeff coordinated the work and volunteers, and his daughter, Payton also joined in the Work Day.
