Senior Citizen Summer Picnic

Get hands-on with your community service by pitching at this fun summer picnic, hosted by our club and free for local senior citizens.

We need volunteers to:
-set up the space at 2:30pm
-work the check-in desk starting at 3pm
-cook the burgers and dogs from 3:30-4:30pm
-serve meals and drinks from 4-5pm
-entertain and help with door prizes throughout
-clean up and pack up from 5-6pm

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY FOR VOLUNTEER SCHEDULING
Any senior citizens living within the Baldwinsville school district that wish
to register to attend should contact Canton Woods at (315) 638-4536
Space is limited

All volunteers get a meal at the end and a warm fuzzy feeling inside
after making so many local seniors happy for the day!

BONUS: This year's event will be catered by the Rescue Mission's new catering service, which serves as a fundraiser to support their efforts to aid the homeless in Central New York!
