Rotary Meeting July 29

There was a meeting! On occasion in months where there are 5 meeting dates, the last will be used for an evening meeting or social but today there were 12 members and 3 guests who welcomed Dennis Smithers to Rotary as our newest member. Payam proposed Dennis. Pres Ryan also recognized Roger Clinton with a saphire lapel pin for becoming our 4th multiple Paul Harris contributor. Holly spoke on Clubrunner asking everyone to get onto the site, edit their profiles and generally play around with it. There will be another session later in which the projector may actually work! Finally, Corinna spoke about her recent trip to Quadra Island with Roger and Jeri - she thoroughly enjoyed it and did swallow that oyster raw! Thanks Roger. No 50/50 draw .... Ron paid the fine!
