The State of the Utility

Mark Vega, McAllen Public Utility General Manager, will be speaking to us about "The State of the Utility."

Bio

Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, Mark is the 7^th of 8 children and received a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University – Kingsville.  He worked for a private civil engineering firm for nearly four years prior to entering the public sector.  He began with McAllen Public Utility in 2003 and has served as General Manager since 2014.  He also serves as a Deacon at his church, enjoys being a husband to his lovely wife Daniela and being a dad to his 12-year old Nicole and his 4-year old, Marco Daniel (Marky).
