Congratulations again to all members for a very successful DUCKS RAFFLE event.
This year was the 30th Anniversary of our DUCKS Raffle fund raiser and
our club had its most successful year in selling tickets and signing up local sponsors.
One big reason for our success was the broad participation of members, the best ever! And
there were also a number of members who really led the way.
The "Top Team" in this year's team competition was won by Team #2 comprised of Team Captain Marlene Gargulak, Dave Bridges, Jason DeRousseau, Stephen Huebscher, Chuck Lawrence, Barb Ritzinger, Kathy Wellsandt and Steve Tangwall.
As a club we raised over $40,000 this year in paid sponsorships and ticket sales with net proceeds sufficient to pay off our final Rice Lake Library
donation pledge of $16,700. The balance of proceeds will go into our annual donation funds.
