The Rotary Joint District Conference to be held 5-7 March 2021 is desperately in need of volunteers to assist in a wide number of areas.
These are:
- Parking
- Assisting in the Exhibition Room
- Supporting the Baton Relay on the Friday evening.
- Delegate Registration and Help Desk
Attendance at the Conference as a volunteer will give you an opportunity to get a feel for all elements of the Conference.

- A job description is being developed and will be available in the next week.
- The process to be used will also be available in the next week.
- You will be able to work in the timeframe and day that suits your own requirements.
- Each segment will be no more than 3-4 hours
- There will be on site specialists to assist you in your duties.
- Attend Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks
As a volunteer you will be able to:
- Meet other Rotarians from around Western Australia.
- View the various stalls that have been purchased to promote Rotary and other associated programs in the exhibition area.
- Entry to some approved presentations around your selected time.
- Just enjoy the ambiance of the Optus Stadium.
