Southern Lancaster Chamber Annual Shredding Event

Please come out and support the shredding event sponsored by the Southern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce to fund scholarships for Solanco and Lampeter Strasburg High School Seniors. This is a great way to get rid of those old documents that are piling up, and to support a worthwhile cause at the same time. The location is G. R. Mitchell in Willow Street. Businesses, organizations and residents of the community are welcome to bring sensitive and confidential paper-based materials for shredding. Newspapers, magazines and paper where privacy is not an issue will NOT be taken.

Shredding is being provided by United Document Destruction. Their truck can handle shredding the paperclips, binder clips and staples, so no need to put the removal of those items on the flyer. Suggested minimum donation is $5.00 per container.

Bulk shredding (in excess of ten containers) must arrive for shredding by 1:00 p.m. or other arrangements can be made ahead of time by calling Holly Filius at 717-475-4129.

No bulk shredding can be accepted after 4:00 p.m.
