The Enchantment Project
The Enchantment Project ( http://www.enchantmentproject.com/ ) is a Tri-City initiative, developed in 2010, that is a collaboration between PLEA Community Services, dedicated volunteers and School District 43. The project provides "high school graduates in need with formal attire so that they can attend their graduation festivities with pride."
