Metro HS Staff Appreciation Lunch

We are looking for about a dozen Metro North Volunteers to help setup (11:30-12:15), serve, and cleanup our 9th annual Metro High School Teacher and Staff appreciation luncheon (first few were breakfasts... but I digress).  I am including a signup to ensure we WILL have help, but more can attend to show your appreciation to this amazing body of dedicated teachers and staff including MetroNorth clubmember Principal Dan DeVore.

- 11:30 setup starting with table cloths on short book stacks 

- arrange tables/seating for about 65 people

- table cloths on all tables

12:00 - HyVee arrives with food, napkins and silverware 

 - arrange placesettings for each table with napkin and silverware.

12:20  Serve (or earlier if setup is complete) 

- ensure platters for buns and cookies are supplied

- ensure milk pitchers are filled

- enjoy lunch with staff after they have their food

12:30 "ish" Administration presentations and meeting

1pm "ish" - cleanup
