- 8:30 AM: Christine Gagnon, Morning Speaker, Shadow into Light -A metaphysicist, life coach, speaker, blogger, and trainer, Christine Gagnon is first and foremost a woman of heart who has made it her mission to help people take possession of their happiness and develop their full potentials. She is an energetic and dynamic woman for whom wellness is a priority.

- 10:45: Opioid Program -Opening remarks - Randy Liberty, Commissioner, Maine Department of Corrections | Panel and Session One: Law Enforcement and the Opioid Crisis: Panel and Session Two: Building Community Wide Awareness of ACEs as a Root Cause of the Opioid Epidemic
