The North Ryde eFun Run for Youth Mental Health is on again. Over the week commencing 24 April until 1 May you can walk jog or run to raise funds for Youth Mental Health.
The eFun Run will again be raising funds for Australian Rotary Health, Macquarie University's Centre for Emotional Health Cool Kids Program and other Rotary projects for Mental Health.
You can walk or run a distance of your choice over the week and ask friends, family and work colleagues to sponsor you.

The Centre for Emotional Health will be running a webinar to support Youth Mental Health entitled: What does anxiety look like in children? It will be held on 28 April at 6pm. See here.
