Julie Collette is an experienced health service executive with a deep understanding of hospital operations and client engagement.
She has successfully planned and completed 12 major health service transitions over the last 20 years. This involved the commissioning of the new hospital/facility, preparing the staff and planning the patient move.
Based on this experience, Julie has developed a detailed methodology and toolset for planning and managing successful whole-of-hospital and health care facility moves.
