Another wonderfully attended meeting, with 42 attendees at the Rotary Club of Hawthorn’s zoom meeting today, 15/09/2020.

Today, we announced that the club successfully received the 2019/20 Rotary Citation and Silver Distinction. This award recognises those clubs that show their commitment to success is not by luck but instead the strategic planning and activities completed, to put a club into a strong position to sustain success. Congratulations to all our valuable members and especially to Past President Charlotte England for submitting our details for this deserving recognition.

Our guest speaker was Mr. Hunter Leonard. Hunter is a multi-award-winning marketer and bestselling author of seven books, who has helped over 500 clients achieve revenue growth of over 2 billion dollars. Along with this Hunter runs ‘Silver & Wise organisation’ to ensure ageism is not a barrier to success.
