RI President, Australian Ian Riseley has requested that each Rotary club plant a tree for each of our members as a practical way of demonstrating how Rotary can make a difference to the environment and be an example of being able to achieve more together.

We plan to meet this objective by banding with our cluster clubs to plant 200 trees at Hay's Paddock, followed by a BBQ lunch.  .

The morning promises to be very pleasant indeed, enjoying the outdoors, the company of friends old and new, and contributing to making a difference to our Earth

The more Hawthorn members that can attend and share the load of tree planting the better and even more so to share in the BBQ lunch. The more the merrier!!
